This lathe is
special purpose machine for machining front & rear
brake shoe used on automobile industry. Features. Single
spindle, symmetrical-double-turrets and line-up tooling
are available. Tool bolders with high rigidity are made
by ourselves according to actual situation of workpiece.
All key compinents are imported form foreign well-known
builders so that high reliability, big torque and high
rigidity can be achieved. Fanuc 0i-Mate, AC main drive
and AC feed servo motor are adopted. Special purpose
clampers are available for clamping two workpieces
simultaneously. With aid of double-turret structure, end
surface and circular surface of workpiece can be
machined at one time.
